FEVO is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the cart and checkout experiences touching the millions of consumers that purchase tickets to live events on our platform! Cart & Checkout are a critical moment of the consumer experience and helping them feel confident and safe in their purchases is essential for this role. You will advocate for what best serves the consumer and remove what would distract or dilute the efficacy of this vital part of the purchase process. You will work closely with product designers, engineers, and other product and cross-functional leaders to develop the experience strategy, and partner with our data team to understand key customer pain points and optimize the design.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following product spaces: ecommerce, payments, online checkout.
- Strong career progression in product management and experience as a Senior Product Manager at modern tech, consumer or SMB-facing app, SaaS, and/or fintech companies.
- Experience defining, building, shipping, and growing complex, technical products at scale as well as scaling mature products.
- Track record of rapid experimentation and learning, always improving the quality of the next bet.
- Experience collaborating with and inspiring designers, developers, product marketers, and customers in an agile environment.
- Experience creating and iterating technical product roadmaps.
- Experience facilitating technical discussions about products and features and providing feedback and inputs for technical designs.
- Experience analyzing product metrics to support growth in market share.
- Ability to define and prioritize multiple initiatives while working cross-functionally and managing complex, technical and non-technical stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple products aligning on goals and deliverables.
- Genuine user empathy and passion for solving their most complex problems with the products you ship.
- An entrepreneurial mindset - you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done.
- A talent for storytelling.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, and/or building for developers or developer platforms.
- Coding experience or technical knowledge of coding languages.
- Founder and/or startup experience.
