Role and Responsibilities
- Review of drawings for completeness and best practices;
- Review and assess consulting scheduling and agreements
- Analyze direct and indirect cost budget;
- Review contractors’ requisitions for payment, and recommend the release of construction funds;
- Oversees performance of all trade contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
- Review construction schedules, trade payment breakdowns, job cost reports, and payment requisitions;
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications
- Proactively develop relationships with the subcontractor community.
- Collaborate with Regional Project Manager, and provide relevant feedback regarding the performance of individual employees and the department
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
- Five to nine years of construction administration, architecture, engineering or similar experience;
- Familiarity with construction best practices, general building codes, and various building types;
Preferred Skills
- Passion for being detail oriented and highly organized;
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; and ProCore
