Lifecore has a Senior Quality Engineering Investigator role available. This individual will provide quality engineering expertise to the operations teams. They will lead manufacturing investigations to determine root cause and initiate corrective actions as required.

This is a hybrid role, with the option to work in the office or remotely depending on your day's schedule.

In this critical, focused role you will:

• Lead quality event (deviation and nonconformance) investigations as they relate to product manufacture
• Review process data trends to proactively identify potential quality problems, investigate root cause and implement effective corrective action
• Train and mentor investigators
• Lead complex investigations, CAPAs, projects, or QMS improvement opportunities and support production for commercial and clinical products.

This position could be a great fit for you if you have excellent organizational ability with the capability to manage multiple, dynamic investigations simultaneously along with and the following:

• Bachelor's Degree, Engineering or Life Sciences preferred
• 5-8 years' experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering in an FDA regulated industry
• Quality Assurance support experience for processes improvement and process development
• In depth understanding of GMPs and typical regulatory concerns affecting medical device and/or drug manufacturing
• Ability and desire to train, lead, and mentor
• Background in biology and/or chemistry production processes a strong plus!
