Position Summary:
The Senior Social Media Content Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing CCRM’s content strategy, creation, and execution across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility is to develop compelling and engaging content that aligns with our goals, resonates with the target audience, and drives social media growth and engagement. The role requires a strategic thinker, a creative content creator, a community builder, and an analytical expert to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve measurable results through social media channels. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
What You Will Do:
- Manage all CCRM social media channels, including individual doctor profiles.
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media content and growth strategy (engagement and following), setting clear objectives that align with CCRM’s overall marketing and communication goals (primary focus on Meta, Snap, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Select appropriate social media platforms to identify target audiences, engage with doctors on the assets and content they specifically require.
- Create and curate high-quality, fast, digestible visual content, turning educational content into social media content through engaging graphics and multimedia content (TikTok, short-form videos, Reels, Stories, BTS).
- Develop a content calendar (Organizational and individual Doctors) to plan and organize social media posts in advance, including the frequency and timing of posts, ensuring consistency, and coordinating with other teams for content approvals.
- Engage with social media communities to build relations and foster brand loyalty. Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms:
- Respond to all inquiries and proactively engage with followers and influencers.
- Respond to comments and direct messages.
- Collaborate with Doctors and Physician Liaisons to answer specific medical questions and concerns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the content strategy and make data-driven decisions by measuring engagement and generating monthly and quarterly reports, including social media results, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, public relations, and talent acquisitions to ensure consistency and assist in the creation of 360 campaigns across all brand communication.
- Ensure relevance in a constantly evolving virtual environment by staying up to date with the latest developments, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Manage the CCRM “Content Hub” to facilitate a primary internal source for sharing and educating within the organization.
- Ensure that all content is compliant with company policies and industry standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing social media platforms.
- 2+ years of experience using social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Professional Certifications in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related areas preferred.
- Proven record of success in developing, launching, and executing effective social media campaigns.
- Experience and thorough understanding navigating copyright laws.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to stay up to date with the latest social media trends, including emerging platforms.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM and other digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills; capable of crafting compelling and engaging copy for social media.
- Proficient in creating visual content, graphics, and videos.
- Ability to create and manage content calendars.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design tools.
- Understanding of brand voice and ability to maintain consistent messaging.
- Well-versed in using major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Engaged with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media to drive engagement and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ability to measure the effectiveness of the content strategy, track key metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Pay Range:
- $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly, plus bonus potential. Actual compensation offered will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills, education, and experience.
