Senior Solutions Engineer - MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Job at OpenLoop Health
OpenLoop is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, Iowa. This role will be a member of the Engineering Team, collaborating closely with the CTO.
About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting client discovery calls with sales representatives.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their solution needs.
- Strategizing with the sales team to create customized solutions.
- Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products.
- Designing and installing customized software and solutions for the clients.
- Testing the performance of the installed system and fixing bugs.
- Providing post-installation follow-ups.
- Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations.
- Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries.
- Identifying and solving issues in current solutions.
- Participates in engineering sprints and maintains some coding duties.
- Analyze, design, develop, as well as implement RESTful services and APIs.

Requirements:- 3-5 years of software engineering and developing APIs.
- 2+ years experience with Node.js and React.js.
- 1+ years experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- 2+ years working in an Agile environment.
- Previous work experience as a solutions engineer.
- High-level communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create big-picture software solutions.
- Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
- Attention to detail.
- Sales experience.
