The Brand Relationship Design Senior Strategist defines approaches to designing customer experiences that unlock loyalty and customer growth for our clients — powered by data, insights, and technology.

On any given day you might
- Identify the right behavioral insights to drive a creative brief, with an eye on improving product engagement, loyalty, and post-purchase experience
- Develop omni-channel lifecycle customer journeys that define the right message, at the right time for each customer.
- Collaborate with creative, technology, and client teams to build out the solutions defined by our strategies.
- Partner with client and analytics teams to optimize creative along a learning agenda.
The Ideal Person
- Will build expertise in areas such as behavioral economics, gamification, motivation design to create brand relationship strategies for our clients
- Uses critical thinking skills to take the next step beyond data observations and apply it to implications for clients' marketing and messaging.
- Is passionate about learning their clients' end user and business needs to define actionable targeting, segmentation and messaging/experience tactics.
- Is comfortable using multiple data sources for research to inform decisions and create sound hypotheses; when needed, they can interrogate data sources (fight confirmation bias) or dissect available data further.
- Has the ability to work Eastern Time hours
You Bring
- 5 years of CRM / lifecycle messaging experience from an agency or client-side
- Experience defining content frameworks that enables always-on content, caring for scheduled, triggered, and ad-hoc communications needs
- An understanding of hypothesis and test design (e.g. A/B, multivariate, control/exposed), and ability to identify proper use cases for each
Bonus:
- Interest in the finance vertical
- Experience with comms support for launching new products or features
This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States with the exception of Alabama, Hawaii, Indiana, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
The hiring range for this position is $101,000 to $115,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's applicable skills, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
