Actively seeking Senior Superintendents (National Travel, regional travel, and locally based opportunities) to lead Commercial Construction Projects in the following Verticals:

• Industrial Tilt Wall: 100K+ sq. ft.

• Cold Storage

• Food & Beverage

• Healthcare

• Manufacturing

Job Description

Superintendent will have overall responsibility for an assigned construction project in the verticals listed above with a value $20M+ and a proven track record on safety, quality, budgeting and scheduling.

• Manage the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and labor, maintaining strict control over the accuracy and quality for each work activity.

• Plan look-ahead schedules, maintain project schedule controls.

• Identify and report problems or deficiencies to the Director / project executives

• Document on-site activities that may impede progress or compliance to project/contract requirements

• Review subcontract agreements

• Maintain strict control over the budget for each work activity

• Assist in preparation of project status report and provide complete daily reports to the Project Manager.

Select Responsibilities

• Verticals include but are not limited to Food & Bev. / Industrial Tilt Wall/ Cold Storage, Healthcare/ Pharma, and Manufacturing construction Projects

• A minimum of 5 years of construction experience as a Superintendent on projects valued over $20M

• The capability of maintaining and following a Critical Path project schedule

• A thorough understanding of and ability to maintain a current, complete set of project documents, blueprints, revisions, specifications, and related items

• General computer skills, willingness to expand the use of new technologies for scheduling and reports.

Ideal Candidate

5+ years of commercial construction experience in leading projects $20M+ in the Light Industrial Tilt Wall, Cold Storage, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Healthcare/ Life Science Verticals.

Projects led should include the Ground up new construction or New Construction scopes of work.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
