System Administrator Tier 2 – MSP (Hybrid) will be supporting our larger clients. The System Administrator Tier 2 – MSP (Hybrid) will work closely with firewalls, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure and PowerShell. The System Administrator Tier 2 – MSP (Hybrid) will be also handing escalated tickets. System Administrator Tier 2 – MSP (Hybrid) will have room for growth into more senior level roles. This role overall allows the System Administrator to gain experience working on projects along with senior engineers.
System Administrator Tier 2 – MSP (Hybrid) Duties & Requirements:
- Experience with managing and maintaining Cloud and Virtualization technologies from any listed: VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix , Azure, and AWS.
- Working with senior engineers regarding migrations, disaster recovery, and buildings out IT infrastructure
- Must be highly proficient with virtualization platforms including VMWare and/or Hyper-V
- Experience supporting SharePoint and Teams experience
- Extensive experience working with Windows 10 OS and MAC OS experience
- Experience in troubleshooting network-related issues that can be related to network infrastructure such as switches and routers
- Experience working with ticketing system such as ServiceNow or Zendesk
System Administrator Tier 2 – MSP (Hybrid) Salary & Benefits:
- $65k – $85k
