Omitron is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst in order to evaluate initial customer requirements as well as perform analysis and maintenance of systems. The Senior Systems Analyst works with the development and integration of next generation software and architecture in support of satellite command and control and space domain awareness systems as well as in onboarding new capabilities in support of DoD Space Operations.

US Citizenship Required.

This position requires a TS/SCI clearance.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages POAM, budgeting/testing/fielding for diverse portfolio of Space Command and Control systems in support of National Security Objectives
• Reviews contract proposals, test plans, and future sustainment efforts in support of critical Space systems architecture
• Leads integration efforts to ensure proper security requirements are met prior to fielding (Authority to Operate, etc.)
• Documents test results to identify corrective actions for future development efforts.
• Acts a liaison to diverse development teams from multiple contracts to identify, refine and submit user requirements to meet mission needs.
• Provides executive level out briefs to key stakeholders and principles regarding project status, integration efforts, and organizational strategic outcomes.
• Tackles complex, multi-organizational issues handling cradle-to-grave effort from customer-facing requirements identification to development and sustainment of systems and capabilities.
• Perform analysis of new requirements, vet potential solutions and develop potential COAs
• Perform in-depth Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) for existing capabilities (systems, applications, systems of systems, networks, etc.).
• Act as liaison for System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR) efforts for modernization efforts
• Lead effort to work with applicable PMO, System offices, etc. to gather, review, edit, and submit for approval all documentation, etc. to meeting onboarding requirements to include but limited to: (ATO's, MOU/MOA's Entry/Exit forms, Co-use agreements, security documentation, etc.)

Required Skills:

• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Experience in designing, configuring, implementing and testing of LAN, WAN, Ethernet, Frame relay, and IP routing protocols such as OSPF, IGRP, RIP, BGP, EIGRP.
• Experience implementing security controls in a SAP environment.
• Ability to provide PM oversight by creating and updating required project lifecycle documentation and brief required stakeholders (POAMs, quad charts, etc.)
• Experience in developing and delivering presentations to communicate design activity
  plans and status to internal and external customers

Required Experience:

• At least 4 years experience in Communications and Cyber related roles. Ideal candidate will also have background in Space Operations.
• Bachelors Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in Project Management and delivering presentations.
