The Opportunity – Senior Vice President of Client Operations (Remote - USA / CANADA)
Help build a hundred year company with a mission to increase the prosperity of the project economy through better financial services. Wrapbook is a service for both companies and the workers they hire for a film, tv show, commercial, or live event. We believe payroll is a wedge to a bundle of services for both sides.
The SVP of Client Operations role will be responsible for all services we offer including workers compensation insurance, payroll operations, flow of funds, support, success, and all future services we create. We will win on seamless, smart, and secure offerings and expect our internal complexity to continually increase.
One will need to have command of the details and manage an organization to achieve our OKRs. We expect this person to be comfortable figuring out how to successfully on-board large customers, drive net revenue retention, and create amazing customer experiences in a regulated environment by owning all backend financial services processes.
What you'll do:
- Manage happy, high performing teams. Today the organization is ~50 people and 20% of the total company headcount.
- Build a system for operating whereby everyone knows how to do their job, have the best tools available to do so, and are able to measure one's effectiveness.
- Partner with product on building features to solve customer needs and tooling for the client services teams to operate be effective
- Responsible for customer success and revenue retention across SMB and enterprise clients. Scale by mapping workflows between success & support.
- Innovate on the services we offer to drive customer happiness, unlock new customer segments, and drive growth.
What you'll have:
- Track record of having created delightful customer experiences by innovating on the services offered.
- Demonstrated ability to understand the crux of nuanced, often regulated, customer challenges, and build teams & processes to holistically solve them.
- Scaled high-performing 200+ person teams at technology companies.
Great candidates could come from MM, enterprise, vertical SAAS, or fintech. Candidates may have been in customer support, success, client operations, business operations, etc. They may or may not have experience in payments, insurance, lending, banking, payroll, etc.
We are looking for a builder, an operator, a GM. Someone with high curiosity and a talent for creating solutions.

Base Salary Range: $225,000 - $325,000 (This is not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
Wrapbook employs individuals across the United States and Canada, and this salary range spans multiple geographic zones based on market benchmark data. Your zone is dependent on where you live.
