Senior Wealth Advisor Job at PBMares LLP
We are in search of a Senior Wealth Advisor with to join our growing Wealth Management Division in support of our Wilmington office location. The Senior Wealth Advisor is accountable for acquiring and/or managing book of business, advising high net worth individuals on how to plan, protect, and fulfill their financial goals.
What you will do:
- Strive to understand clients' goals and objectives in order to advise clients on financial related issues
- Developing recommendations for asset management
- Assisting in the ongoing management of clients’ marketable securities portfolios
- Performing financial planning responsibilities, including retirement, risk management, estate and college planning, for high net worth individuals
- Collaborate with a wealth advisor team to prepare and provide comprehensive wealth management advice to high-net-worth clients through considerate, comprehensive wealth management and customized investment portfolios
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the markets, overall economy, and the firm’s investment philosophy and models
- Meeting with potential new clients and existing clients to determine appropriate actions relative to current financial objectives
- Preparing appropriate documentation to transfer client assets to PBMares Wealth Management
- Making observations and recommendations to the Managing Director regarding improvements to workflow processes and procedures
- Building a meaningful book of business through direct marketing
- Developing prospects, strategic partners and COIs (Centers of Influence)
- Serves as mentor for Associate Advisors and Wealth Advisors while exercising general guidance in the relationship planning process for clients.
