SUMMARY
The Server Assistant creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests at the Club’s three restaurants – 1915, Stagg, & 73rd Hole. Responsible for providing a five-star member experience ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurants.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

- Must be reliable and punctual.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 16 years old.
- Conversational, English.
- Experienced computer user.
- Comfortable working inside and outside in a hot and noisy environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the member dining spaces.
- Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 20 lbs.
EXPECTED WORK HOURS
- Daily shifts, starting as early as 11:00 am and ending around 9:00 pm.
- Should have consistent availability week to week.
- Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10+ hours.
