With multiple dining options, Wintergreen’s Food and Beverage Department is always looking for new talent. Wintergreen’s Food and Beverage Department is seeking individuals that can provide an excellent dining experience to all guests. Candidates must be prompt and courteous. Ability to maintain the cleanliness of the dining area is imperative. We are currently hiring servers for upscale dining, banquets, casual dining and MORE. Peak season is just around the corner. Ideal candidates must possess excellent knowledge of food and beverage service. Strong candidates for our server position will be able to consistently deliver exceptional service to our members and guests, and work effectively with peers, management staff and culinary team. Professional dress, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are required. Considered applicants will be at least 18 years of age and have previous serving experience.
SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES
- Professionally provide thorough food and beverage service to our patrons
- Protect the resort and all its guests and employees by adhering to all Alcohol Beverage Control laws, Sanitation requirements and Safety policies
- Interact with all guests and co-workers in a friendly, helpful and happy manner
- Assist guests with seating and ordering foods and beverages
- Prepare and/or close the restaurant by completing all side work tasks every shift
- Maintain clean work and dining areas at all times
- Attend all training seminars
- Support all other F&B outlets as needed
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to be at work on time consistently
