• Bilingual - Spanish/English is a plus+
• Possess phone skills for both employee and guest interactions
• Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.
• Be organized, professional and courteous

• You must be able to explain repairs in simple terms to their customers, while also being able to understand technical jargon in order to effectively communicate with technicians.
• MINIMUM 1 YEAR of experience working in the automotive service industry. This is because the role of the service advisor requires a comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts and engineering
• We want you to manage your desk as if it were your own company but we supply the support

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that guests receive a prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Drive the sale of technicians time to meet department's sales forecast
• Keep guests informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Ensure guests have a positive dealership experience while maintaining industry required survey scores.
• Clear communication with guests regarding the results of their multi-point vehicle inspection Ability to Confidently
• Communicate with Guests, Technicians, Parts advisors, and other team members? Ability to be professional, confident, and collective on the phone
• Must keep up to date with Factory certification requirements
• Basic Computer Skills, with the ability and willingness to learn our system and process
