FUNCTION: A Dining Service Assistant provides information, superior customer service, and a clean and welcoming environment to guests.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to guests' needs and requests promptly and professionally and acts as a public relations liaison guests.
Communicates customers' concerns and needs to dining leadership.
Assists in the production of food, supplies and service.
Assists with the setup and service of food and beverages.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work area.
Assists with the cleaning and maintenance of the facilities, tableware and equipment.
Follows written and verbal instructions.
Performs other duties as directed.
