Kendall Auto Group is hiring for a Service Experience Associate to join our Toyota service team. At Toyota of Bend, our service department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Bend.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet incoming service clients to Toyota of Bend
• Provide clients who are waiting for service with refreshments; including coffee, water, and light snacks
• Move, park and retrieve vehicles to assist with the service department flow
• Prepare vehicles to be serviced by washing front windows and vacuuming driver areas
• Create a positive and professional first impression
• Respond to leads, scheduling service appointments, making outbound calls and contacting customers based on marketing initiatives
• Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturing objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions promptly and accurately
• Outbound follow up calls
• Must attend training meetings with service department
• Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings
• Maintain cleanliness of service area

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, both written and oral
• Computer literacy, time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Self-starter, motivated, and success-driven
• Confident, positive, and high-energy presence
• Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
• Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally.

Working Conditions:

• Works both outdoors and indoors.
• Outdoors work is exposed to ambient heat and cold, and to sun, rain and other weather conditions. Some of indoors work is in a shop environment, with exposure to fumes, dust and elevated sound levels.
• Standing/walking for short distances: up to entire work shift, on hard surfaces.
• Sitting: less than 1/4 of work shift, including in vehicles.
• Carrying: Occasionally, up to 20 pounds, for up to 400 feet; Occasionally, up to 50 pounds, for up to 100 feet.
• Lifting: Occasionally, up to 50 pounds.
• Stooping/bending: Occasionally.
• Bending/twisting: Frequently, primarily to enter and exit vehicles.
