Who You Are: We are looking for a Service Coordinator with outstanding communication and interpersonal talents and the ability to remain extremely organized while juggling multiple tasks. In addition to these qualities, you’ll also have:
- Work experience dispatching in the trades.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer programs, specifically Excel.
- Attention and accuracy to detail.
- Passion for working in a team.
- Can-do attitude and willingness to help.
- Positive outlook and approach.
- Ability to follow through.
Responsibilities: Our Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the daily schedules of our Service Technicians and dispatching according to customer requests, technician availability and specialty. A typical day to day will consist of:
- Answering and routing incoming calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Returning messages and placing outgoing calls to customers for service scheduling.
- Making outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments for their maintenance agreement.
- Promptly and professionally responding to incoming emails.
- New customer set-up in our database.
- Managing customer portals and PO requests
- Coordinating, dispatching, and adjusting service technicians’ schedules to meet customer needs.
- Creating, editing, and maintaining service tickets.
- Monitoring the flow of our service technicians in the field to ensure that we are on schedule and our customers are being properly cared for.
- Communicating with customers when parts are received for scheduling.
- Maintaining maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, database information, and renewals.
- Maintaining on-call schedule for technicians.
- Keeping open lines of communication between customers, co-workers, and department managers to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Working closely with Service Project Manager to assure the communication between quoted work and parts arrival etc. is on point to move forward and schedule technicians.
- Working closely with our Service Supervisor to create or modify workflows to better engage our customers and technicians.
- Providing backup support for other team members
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
