What you'll do:
The Service Delivery Lead will manage a team of Scrum Masters and Project Coordinators in the IT Infrastructure and Operations towers. This individual will provide specific guidance, instruction, and training to improve portfolio delivery across the organization. The position requires a change agent capable of building and reinforcing a continuous improvement mindset while overseeing project execution, tracking status, resolving/escalating issues, and financial project management. A thorough knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools to include both Waterfall and Agile.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead project and delivery teams to achieve predictability and reduce waste by establishing guiding principles around capacity planning, prioritization, cross-team dependencies, and roadmap management
  • Work with teams to drive consistency across adopted practices, processes, and tools for project execution, financial budgeting, portfolio delivery, and backlog management and priority
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on agile principles, practices, and tools
  • Work with leadership and stakeholders to gain buy-in for best practices and delivery solutions across the organization
  • As part of the Technology Infrastructure & Operations delivery team, you will also be responsible for organizing interactions with stakeholders and shared accountability for delivery
  • Responsible for building a high performing team of leaders that produce successful outcomes when pairing with project managers and technology teams to execute high level project plans
  • Create a unified communication strategy for the organization to provide clear and timely updates to leadership at the portfolio, program, and project level
Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks within a delivery organization
  • Experience with facilitating large groups and hosting training sessions
  • Extensive and recent experience and In-depth knowledge of end-to-end development including risk, controls, audit, legal and compliance
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving and the ability to influence outside of the direct team
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage workload
  • Anticipating potential problems and acting to minimize the impact they may have on a project or business effort
  • Executes within a customer-centric environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with different technology towers to achieve common goals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
  • Certified PMP®
  • Certified SAFe®
  • Knowledgeable in Jira, Workfront, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Confluence
