Role
Westrock Coffee is seeking a tenacious and creative self-starter to join our Service Invoice Entry Team to drive efficiency, engagement, and results that exceed our partners expectations.
We are looking for a team member who is adaptive to change, detail oriented, and promotes new ways of looking at old ideas. We are trailblazers in the beverage industry, serving blue chip restaurants, retail, convenience, and non-commercial customers. As such we understand the critical role that accurate invoicing and service history reporting plays in our overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review service events for invoice generation from internal and external parties.
- Process customer invoices at a high volume rate with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Review and reconcile statements from 3rd party service providers.
- Contact 3rd party service providers by phone and/or email to secure outstanding invoices to promote timely processing of service events.
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs), as set by leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years' experience in an office or service-related environment.
- Must posses good written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows Software applications to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Perform rapid data enry with minimal errors.
- Familiarity with processing invoices or customer orders
- Fast adoption to learning new computer-based systems
- Ability to promote a results-focused culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and best-in-class customer experience.
- High sense of urgency
- Strong level of personal and professional accountability.
- Proven history of effective prioritization, time management and drive for results
- Effective contributor to meeting individual, team and organizational goals
