About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Officer (minimum of 3 years in this role) to support their Investments and Retirement department with the onboarding of new clients and servicing operations of existing clients. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and possess a keen sense of prioritization, and thrive in a high-paced entrepreneurial organization. Brokerage, Banking ,RIA, Family Office or other wealth management industry experience is required for this position.

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to manage the onboarding of multiple qualified plans simultaneously.
  • Communicates the details of the account/plan opening process to both internal and external partners and clients.
  • Maintain and complete updates to internal tracking systems.
  • Ability to concisely communicate through phone calls and emails with clients and vendors.
  • Collaborates with team members to continuously improve onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with sales team, maintain a clear and open line of communication regarding the status of plan onboarding.
  • Coordinate calls between institutional partners and clients. Provide training and assistance to clients so to insure proper onboarding of plan documents and participant accounts.
  • Provide timely input to senior management on client issues, implementation delays and outstanding tasks.
  • Support and educate advisors and clients regarding new and existing administrative functions.
  • Provides accurate Qualified Plan information and education to partners, advisors and clients.
  • Maintain ongoing client contact to assist with day-to-day service issues and vendor management.
  • Maintain client and due diligence files.
  • Maintain FINRA//SIPC Compliance Standards
  • Series 7 & 66 licenses are highly prefered for this position
