We are looking for an innovative individual with a can-do attitude to join our service team in Lannon, WI. This service technician opportunity is a hands-on position, performing filter-changing functions on HVAC equipment.

Qualifications

• To operate company vehicle, must be at least 21 years of age and maintain a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record as determined by our insurance carrier
• Mechanically inclined with hand and power tools. Math and measuring skills
• Ability to operate forklift, aerial lift, and scissor lift
• Ability to climb: Stairs, Ladders, Slope, and ability to lift: up to 50 lbs. The position also requires grasping/handling, twisting, bending and reaching. Comfortable working on rooftops

Preferred

• Experience with changing air filters
• Experience in facility maintenance, grounds maintenance, cable installation, refrigeration, roofing, construction, HVAC, or agricultural industries
• Knowledge and compliance with OSHA regulations
