ServiceNow Programmer 3 (PR3)
** Will be required to be onsite at 1980 West Broad St, Columbus, minimum of 2 days a week.
The candidate will be supporting The Ohio Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) Information Technology ServiceNow Delivery Team and SPECIFICALLY, THE SERVICENOW PRODUCT.
This position will function as a skilled ServiceNow Developer within the Department of Information Technology. Potential projects include:
- Custom solutions development
- Service Catalog item development
- Enhancement & maintenance of existing custom solutions
Desired Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ITIL V3 Foundations Certification
Skill Matrix
- ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding experience (Ex. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Pages, Jelly
- ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting API’s (Ex: GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.)
- Experience building custom workflows
- Experience building custom UI pages using HTML/CSS/AJAX
- HTML/CSS/AJAX development experience
- Role/group-based ACL’s configuration and debugging
- Service Portal development (Ex: Widgets, Service Portal Pages, AngularJs)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ITIL V3 Foundations Certification
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding: 3 years (Preferred)

- building custom UI pages using HTML/CSS/AJAX: 3 years (Preferred)
