The My Pets Wellness team is seeking a new Services Lead Kennel Technician to add to our pack at our scenic Daytona Beach location! A love of dogs, strong communication skills, and empathy are essential to this role. Must be comfortable with cleaning and the messier aspects of pet care.

Our team is experiencing tremendous growth, and we’re looking for pack members who are excited to grow along with us!

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Cleaning, including laundry, sanitizing kennels, and cleaning play areas. We like to keep an extra clean (and extra safe!) space for our pup pals.
• Feeding and caring for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. We’re looking for confident dog handlers who are experienced with a variety of breeds. Love of long afternoon fetch sessions, extended belly rubs, and post-playtime puppy cuddle sessions required.
• Walking dogs, conducting daycare play sessions, taking simple photographs of our guest pups, and being an active member of the pack. This is an active role where you will be engaged with the dogs the majority of your shift. When it comes to the pups, it's hard work and hard play!
• Acting as Point of Contact when facility manager is off-duty, ensuring the facility check lists are complete and assisting with any onsite issues that arise.
• Previous Supervisor or Management experience within a kennel facility required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds- we have large dogs in our daycare daily!
