Shampoo assistant needed or a fast paced, trendy salon in Washington D.C. Must be able and willing to work most days including nights and weekends. Must have experience in working in a salon atmosphere. Must remain upbeat, friendly, and personable throughout the day to provide a positive experience for salon guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform shampoo services to prepare clients
- Assisting stylists as needed
- Sweeping salon to maintain cleanliness
- Laundry maintenance
- General salon upkeep as well attention to client care
- Keep color bowls cleaned, dried and put away
- Keep shampoo area cleaned and tidy throughout the day
- Restocking color and shampoo supplies
- Ensure client satisfaction
