Are you able to travel to the Ludlow VT area to provide care? Or do you have a handicap accessible home in the Windham or Windsor Counties of Vermont? Or be willing to make it accessible? This unique position could be split between two providers or one (female or a couple) supporting a young couple. This young couple would like to be supported in a home together, as they used to have a shared apartment. The young lady has complex medical needs, a traumatic past, and is non ambulatory and requires total physical assistance with all daily activities. Her significant other isa 26 year old male with Autism Spectrum Disorder, PTSD and a speech delay. He is self-sufficient and independent with daily activities, with occasional prompts or reminders regarding hygiene. He likes to offer support to his partner, however the couple needs general oversight and support to live together and ensure both of their health and safety needs are being met at all times!Because this is a unique situation compensation would depend on the proposed living situation.
