Crumbl Cookies Glen Mills is opening January 2023! We are looking for hardworking and highly motivated workers to join our leadership team as shift leads.
Responsibilities include:
- Master every work station
- Direct and provide instruction to other team members
- Provide excellent customer service while working in a fast paced environment
- Operate kitchen equipment
- Have a positive attitude and work well with a team
- Maintain cleanliness of the store
Requirements:
- Be able to lead a team throughout the shift
- Be able to problem solve
- Stay composed in a fast paced environment
- Listen well to instructions
- Be on your feet for extended periods and lift heavy items throughout the shift
- At least 18 years old

Schedule:
- Store Hours: Monday- Thursday 8am-10pm, Friday- Saturday 8am-Midnight
- Shifts available as early as 6am and closing shifts can be scheduled up to one hour past closing
