Shift Manager- Pizza Hut

A Shift Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, inventory management, team management, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.

Shift Manager Responsibilities Include:

· Effectively manage the restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.

· Assist with kitchen prep, making pizzas, washing dishes, cleaning, and strong customer service by taking orders and prepping various food items

· Manage staffing, paperwork, cash control, cost controls, food management, great customer service, store cleanliness, and profitability

· ServSafe certification preferred but not required

· Control profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor.

· Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction

· Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for a Shift Manager position will possess:

· At least 1 year of Shift Manager experience.

· 1 or more years of quick service restaurant experience

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Has a great work history

· Dedication to providing exceptional customer service

· Good communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

· Exceptional team building capability

· Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills

· Basic personal computer literacy

· Good work ethics

· Reliability

· Willing to undergo a criminal background check
