As a Shift Manager in JOE & THE JUICE, you will be in charge of monitoring and managing the daily operations, providing quality customer service, promoting company growth and execution, and maintaining the highest quality standards. The successful candidate for this position must have a proven record of success in management and the ability to create a positive work environment that encourages collaboration.

o Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role

o Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume and high-intensity environment.

o Energetic and friendly personality, with a strong willingness and ability to work as part of a cohesive team and to support colleagues regardless of role, and a positive communication style

o Proactive approach to problem solving, flexible and solution oriented
