Shipping Associate Job at Milestone Marketing
We are a nationwide marketing company with a publication that gets mailed to homeowners in all different areas of the country. We have a commercial printer and make all of these magazines in house, but we are looking to do our shipping in house as well through presorting bulk mail. We are looking for somebody part-time (20-30 hrs/week) who has knowledge and experience in bulk mail, who can handle our shipping by themselves.
Because we are counting on your knowledge and experience to get this done on your own, you MUST know how to the presorting/bulk-mail process - how it works and what you need to do to get our magazines shipped around the country.
We are looking for somebody part time (20-30 hrs per week) to start. I am thinking from 1pm-5pm Monday - Friday, but willing to work with you on your schedule for the right person.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Labeling, organizing, presorting magazines into trays/sacks, and any other necessary duties that come with the presorting bulk mail process.
- Commuting to/from the USPS to drop off trays/bins/sacks for bulk mail.
- Working with the Production team to ensure that everything is mailed correctly.
