Job Summary

Under the closer supervision of the Auburn Plant Manager, this person will perform and leads all Direct to Consumer (DTC/D2C) shipping activities at The XCJ warehouse. They will work alongside the Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely delivery of packages and best in class customer experience!

Duties

• Batch orders for each day and prep for fulfillment
• Pick and pack all the daily orders
• Prep stations for shipping assistants as needed
• Train and manage all shipping support staff
• Communicate daily with Customer Service team regarding questions or concerns with orders
• Track shipping material usage and weekly inventory report
• Assure all pickups are completed daily by 5PM
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Provide feedback on shipping procedures and suggest improvements
• Insures that exceptional quality standards are maintained at all times
• Supports and promotes company directives, policies and procedures
• Leads by example and always treats others with dignity and respect
• Work with Operations team to perform ship tests
• Analyze monthly and per package costs on shipments
• Any other duties required to support the Warehouse team

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse
• Knowledge of inventory management

The position is temp-to-hire through a temp agency. Once the employee converts to The XCJ's payroll they are eligible to join health benefits (1st of the month following 30 days after the date of hire/conversion).

The XCJ pays 75% of employee premiums and 25% of dependents premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additionally, The XCJ offers voluntary employee paid group insurance for: Life & AD&D, Hospital, and Short Term Disability.
