Site Coordinator Job at Trusted Medical LLC
Trusted Homes provides property management support for our clinical affiliate, Trusted Medical. Trusted Medical is starting a medical clinic specifically focused on Veteran care in Klamath Falls. We have narrowed down the space options for the clinic and will be performing an onsite walkthrough of space options the first week of November. Thereafter, we will start launching the medical clinic with a goal start of January 2023, which will require assembly of desks, etc onsite.
We are looking for someone to support furniture assembly and general clinic set up support (e.g., placing phones in the location) temporarily until the full-time medical assistant is hired for the location. The individual must have ability to lift 50 pounds or more and assemble furniture (e.g., rolling desks, file cabinets, patient beds, etc). The individual must have experience as a handyman or assembling furniture (eg IKEA). The amount of time is part-time 'checking in on the clinic' as needed until the end of 2022 (e.g., checking mail once the lease is signed, accepting and unpacking deliveries, transitioning keys to the new staff when they are hired). The week the furniture is delivered (flexible), we would need full-time support for all the materials to be setup.
