Vale Group has partnered with a well-established Engineering Firm to hire a Site Development Project Manager for an HYBRID position in Midland, TX (79701). This is a full-time, salaried role paying $115,000 - $125,000 based on relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Civil Engineering background and proven project management skills, as well as the ability to lead a team. Experience in site development of retail, office, and industrial buildings as well as residential subdivisions and city planning projects is preferred. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
The Site Development Project Manager will oversee the entire development project, which will include meeting and presenting to clients, attending zoning hearings, land acquisition, obtaining permits, and providing technical supervision in all aspects of design.
Site Development Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
- Must be a registered professional Engineer in the state of Texas
- 10+ years civil engineering experience
- Must also have experience with zoning & permitting
- Proficiency in the use of Engineering Software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS
- Street Design, Grading & Drainage, Roadways, Water & Wastewater planning experience is required
- The ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, construction teams, city officials, etc.
