Clinical Site Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Hope is searching for a Clinical Site Director for our location in Glen Carbon, IL. The Clinical Site Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of The Autism Clinic at Hope, including oversight of programming, staffing, client intake, and any other duties related to the daily operations or strategic goals of the clinic.
Up to $10,000 Commitment Bonus + Relocation Expense Reimbursement

Site Director Essential Duties:*

• Develop programming for and supervise evidence-based therapy services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in accordance with ethical guidelines of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
• Provide on-site supervision of technicians and office operations. Provide fieldwork supervision per BCBA guidelines for clinical team to obtain BCBA/BCaBA credentials.
• Monitor and report on new client referrals and intakes. Engage new families and provide clinic tours as needed.
• Involve the entire family in treatment and ensure that treatment plans include parent/guardian goals. Provide in-home consultations and/or parent training sessions when needed.
• Oversee hiring of behavior technicians and coordinate onboarding for new clinic staff. Serve as mentor for non-credentialed clinicians and new clinician hires as needed.

Minimum Qualifications*:

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy.
• Credentialed (and licensed if applicable) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance companies.
• Has met Supervisor requirements per the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.

• At least 5 years prior experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role.
