Responsibilities

• Responsible of building a Center of Excellence Trust and Safety Center from scratch
• Oversee hiring and onboarding for all managerial and non-managerial staff
• Scale and develop a Trust and Safety moderation, investigations, support and Quality Assurance teams.
• Develop a talent pipeline through coaching, training and performance management.
• Build and develop strong relationships with senior cross-functional leaders and help define the goals and objectives of these teams at the local level.
• Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
• Track and analyze key operational and performance metrics, identify trends, and develop solutions to optimize team workflows, improve efficiency with data-based strategies.
• Deliver regular recommendations on time and cost efficiencies while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance, providing direction and guidance on executing company programs and directing the management team in ensuring confidentiality of information and documentation.
• Provide 24/7 support for the internal stakeholders and global team(s).

As a Site Manager of US Trust and Safety team, this Site Manager will lead all aspects of our business at the Phoenix location. The Site Manager will lead, coach, and develop a dynamic and diverse team. You’ll leverage learnings to build at-scale operations, enhance operational workflow/process, and safety-first support solutions. You’ll also help shape team strategy and execute team objectives using complex project management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. This person will work collaboratively with the Management team located in Los Angeles to execute all initiatives in alignment with the Company’s mission, values, and goals. This position will be full-time and based in Phoenix, AZ.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum BA/BS. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• A dynamic leader with at least 7+ years relevant management experience in a service operation, professional services, business consulting, or related experience managing operations.
• Previous work experience as a General Manager or Site Manager in a high growing company is an advantage.
• Previous work experience of building a completely new team/site.
• Experience with or strong excitement for a startup environment. Some entrepreneurial experience is preferred.
• Data-driven mindset, strong business judgment, and proven ability to perform analysis, draw key insights, and form and execute a strategy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, manage a team, influence stakeholders, and inspire others.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Travel domestically (LA office) to meet other stakeholders.
