We are growing and seeking a Full Time self-motivated, and customer focused Site Manager to join our team in Northfield!

This position will cover an affordable housing property in Northfield and will have you involved in all areas of property management from turning prospects into residents by showing & leasing units and completing the certification process for each applicant to determine eligibility. In addition to compliance and leasing, this professional will assist in the management of resident issues, help maintain the properties' physical condition, work with service providers, and coordinate maintenance responsibilities.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Show and Lease units
• Interview residents to help predetermine qualification
• Communicate and work with the Compliance Department to generate relevant documents
• Process affordable housing applications and certifications
• Assist with rent collection and delinquencies
• Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
• Day-to-day resident relations and correspondence
• Achieve resident retention via community engagement and activities
• Common area and unit turnover cleaning
• Light maintenance in common areas as well as resident units
• Grounds work such as weeding and trash pick up as needed
• Daily property rounds checking on curb appeal, litter, and safety concerns
• Inspect units and overall property condition
• Carry a company issued cell phone and be available after hours for emergencies as needed
• Submit various monthly and annual reports
• Comply with Fair Housing Laws and perform tasks in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Office 365, Yardi, etc.)
• Must have a valid US Driver's License
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with the Kari Koskinen Act
• Knowledge of property management a bonus
