Site Supervisor

The Role

The Site Supervisor role is responsible to take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors at their assigned location. The Supervisor will be a resource and oversee the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security guards at their stationed location.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct quality site inspections and Supervise day-to-day operations at sites throughout NYC.
• Collection of timesheets and reports as required.
• Submit weekly inspection reports.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Prepare and submit incident reports.
• Conduct post inspections and provided additional post coverage when needed.
• Engage, supervise and help train security officers.
• Will be responsible for coaching, development, and support of security staff.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with our policies and applicable City & State laws.
• Maintain a professional attitude with all interactions with clients, employees and security officers.
• Must prepare written statements and investigations in a clear and concise manner.
• Investigate incidents and/or customer complaints and compile data for accurate reporting.
• The Security Supervisor will act as a liaison between our patrons, Security Officers and the main office.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in neat, legible handwriting is required;
• Must have a valid NYS Security Guard License.
• 2 years of security supervisor experience.
• NYFD Fire Guard Certifications & OSHA 10 Site Safety required. If you do not have this, you will have 90 days from DOH to comply. Company will assist with the training required.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Based on experience, pay is between $24-26 per hour
