You are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, providing exceptional Guest Service to each, and every Guest. Ensure Guests are taken care of quickly, efficiently, and in a manner that will make them a Guest for life. With a keen eye for details and the ability to create moments of happiness and optimism, you ensure our guests receive the best level of service in any interaction.
Responsibilities
- Setting the table
- Presenting the menu and helping customers select food
- Delivering food to tables
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Answering the phones and book reservations
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
