Job Duties
The Operations Aide keeps the park running by supervising staff, providing day-to-day management and offering great customer service. We’ll trust you with a lot, but you’ll have a fun, encouraging and creative team working in-step with you the whole time!
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and welcoming culture among staff and customers
- Open and close the facility
- Provide guidance on the park’s features and skate accessories and components
- Conduct attendance/revenue data collection and reporting
- Assist in the planning and implementation of promotions and special events
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Must attend and successfully complete all training programs as deemed necessary
