The Responsibilities:

• Safely assist guests to board lift chair.
• Rotate lift operators out of positions when breaks are needed.
• Be mindful of lift operations to avoid accidents.
• Ensure safety of guests and associates at all times, and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Fully understand all aspects of safe lift operations.
• Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
• Must be willing to assist with a variety of duties in and around the chalet.
• Shovel snow as needed; Work in parking lot directing traffic as needed.

Qualifications:

• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• No previous experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• A positive attitude, good customer service and communication skills required.
• Must be safety minded; Enjoy working with the public.
• Take direction well; Mechanical aptitude.
• Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions; Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Work in fast paced environment with some moving and lifting.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Flexible schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.

Reporting Relationship: Lead Lift Operator/Lift Supervisor.

Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
