Our Grant Coordinators become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be assisting the participating in developing training and education tools, implementing programs and products essential to the program, collecting and analyzing data from participating communities, evaluating each phase of the project implementation and making recommendations for adjustments as needed to ensure the success of the program.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree or college diploma in a health care-related field
  
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• In accordance with CMS Vaccine Mandate, candidate must provide proof of Covid-19 Vaccine or submit documentation for exemption.
