As a Snow Equipment Operator, you'll operate various snow removal equipment during the winter. Driving plow trucks, skid steers, salt trucks and tractors is all in a day's work. What Winning Looks Like

• Follow the leadership of the Snow Operators Director and Snow Area Manager
• Safely operate snow removal equipment
• Input jobsite progress and materials used in our high-tech software
• Follow established Clearscape processes
• Be creative! We're always learning and growing as a team
• Clean and maintain equipment like it's your own
• Have a reliable ride to and from work (We usually start the day in New Brighton, but that location may change due to jobsite requirements)

Skills Needed To Win:

• 1 year prior snow removal experience
• 1 year prior equipment operation experience
• The ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs daily
• Lead others by example
• Take directions well
• Read instructions and give feedback on jobsite progress
• Problem solve and innovate with your team to overcome any obstacle
• Demonstrate professionalism and care for customer's properties

This role is considered part-time seasonal. Typical snow removal shifts range from 4-12 hours per snow event, but each snow event is different. Our snow crews work around the clock, 7 days a week, to keep our customers safe and satisfied during the winter.
