About the Role:

Tubi is seeking a Social Media Associate to support the strategy and execution of social content and influencer partnerships across all owned channels. We are looking for someone that is passionate about the creativity of the social landscape as a whole and is analytically driven.

In this role, you will support internal process optimization, day to day project management, integrated campaigns and user research and insights for all things social. The ideal candidate will enjoy developing new processes and working cross-functionally to bring creative social ideas to life.

The Associate should be proficient in all social platforms, have strong attention to detail and polished communication skills, and have a passion for pop culture and trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Tubi's social media strategy, executing day-to-day content plans and campaigns across all platforms
  • Review all creative to ensure that posts adhere to Tubi brand guidelines
  • Assist in the publishing and community management efforts
  • Develop core social media marketing skills such as brief writing, feedback communication, cross-functional stakeholder management and reporting
  • Lead weekly reporting on social trends, competitive landscape, and brand and partnership opportunities
  • Partner with cross functional marketing teams to develop effective project management tracking processes and reporting
  • Support day to day management of small-scale research and trend spotting among Gen Z audience
  • Provide daily support to the Social Team leading with an opportunity to own parts of larger marketing efforts
  • Add meaningful contributions to strategic and tactical plans through social platform and content research
  • Track results and analytics to draw meaningful conclusions and learnings from these metrics
  • Identify trends in real-time to insert Tubi in relevant social conversations and drive organic reach
  • Find ways to boost follower engagement across existing channels as well as build new audiences on emerging platforms
  • Guide our influencer partners and brand ambassador relationships to generate brand love
  • Work with agency partners across social community management, creative development, and talent relations

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years social experience for a brand either at an agency or internally at the brand itself
  • Well versed in the digital landscape and emerging platforms with deep knowledge or experience marketing to Gen-Z
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram – Reddit and Discord preferred
  • Knowledgeable in social analytics, social listening, and automation tools

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

$70,000—$94,000 USD
