As the Social Media Content Coordinator, you will manage all aspects of social media for 3As Productions and clients. Your job is to create interesting social media posts using a collective of photos, videos and graphics. This contract is starting out as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a more permanent full-time position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content creation and copywriting for all social media posting.
  • Writing and creating share-worthy blog articles.
  • Schedule and post all social media content for 3As Productions and clients.
  • Assist with online reputation management.
  • Continued development of existing social media accounts
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite with the ability to design graphics, banners, and posts Manage social media presence for 3As and clients.
  • Monitor messages and activity on social channels and coordinate with sales and operations teams.
  • Take behind-the-scenes photography, design, and post branded visuals (images, graphics, etc.) to social accounts as needed.
  • Copywriting and design for marketing materials, as necessary.
  • Ensure visual and written brand integrity of content for 3As and clients.
  • Facilitate the creation of mockups, email/text campaigns, and online promotions as needed.
  • Coordinate with other team members, marketers, and web developers.
  • Monitor, maintain, and publish up-to-date content on listings including Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.
  • Stay up to date with new tools and trends.
  • Attend daily communication calls.
  • Assist with digital asset management (photography and video) in Pcloud drive.
  • Develop in-house collateral and materials for promotion.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proficient with a Microsoft Office 365 platform and the ability to quickly learn the organization’s other systems.
  • Experience with design tool applications (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to serve with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet project deadlines.
  • Communication with Sales Team regarding business needs and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and manages time well.
  • Experience with copywriting and designing marketing materials.
  • Experience analyzing marketing data and generating analysis reports.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
