We’re looking for a creative and organized social media marketer to join our expanding marketing team! As the Social Media Coordinator, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Marketing team on social strategy and content creation. Tasks will include actively managing social accounts with timely, authentic engagement, recruiting and managing Social Media Influencers who will post high-quality content on behalf of the brand, and continuously evaluating engagements to improve content. Representative Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative Team to develop a strategic cross-platform social strategy including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and email outreach
• Develop a proactive, ongoing content calendar plan based on brand voice, ongoing marketing efforts, and current trends
• Create, edit, and post content that embraces emerging trends, engages the brand’s target markets, drives innovation within channels, and aligns with team objectives

• Engage in active and ongoing social listening, following online conversations, and resolving customer concerns

• Identify potential Influencer Partners on all platforms
• Share insights on top-performing content in a bi-weekly social media report, along with ongoing competitive analysis
• Assume all other duties as needed

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a digital/internet marketing program or a related field of study or equivalent study and work experience
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword search, and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with web design
• Digital Content and Social Media development: Minimum of two years preferred
• Marketing: Minimum one year preferred

• Strategic and creative mindset who’s on top of culture and ongoing trends
• Ability to add value in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment
• Willingness to collaborate, accept feedback, and learn as you go

• Well-versed in digital data reporting platforms and data analysis
• Skill in effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to resolve problems or situations requiring the exercise of good judgment
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
