As the cannabis tourism industry established itself, people were traveling to legal recreational states only to find that consuming cannabis was not possible in their lodging accommodations like hotels and Airbnb’s. Preparing travel accommodations is already stressful enough, even without smoking restrictions. That’s where we come in.

In 2019, our founder and his executive team started building a solution where cannabis lovers could always be sure that their lifestyle was supported, with no anxiety involved. As a real estate mogul and an avid cannabis user himself, he created 420 Stays, a 420 friendly co-lodging solution.

As the brand grew, we realized that cannabis lodging is an opportunity for one of a kind adventures rather than just a place to stay. We have evolved into a company that offers “elevated” experiences in tandem with our lodging; our guests can enjoy dispensary tours, cannabis classes and activities, visits from a personal chef, complimentary munchies, and more.

Our Mission

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Social Media Influencer in the Cannabis industry that has a understanding of cannabis and travel and want to be apart o the worlds first cannabis lodge & hotel empire. The Social Media Influencer is to be one of the face and voice that represent our brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a social media influencer/brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
• Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
• Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Building rapport with customers and vendors.
• Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.
• Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
• Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
• Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing or related field.
• Proven Sales & Web design skills
• Have 5 plus years of cannabis experience
• Have HD Camera that shoots 4k
• Willing to travel to various destinations around US
• Prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to travel.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $8,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
