Location: RemoteJob Type: Temp to PermCompensation Range: $45 - 55 per hourWe have an exciting opportunity for a remote Social Media Manager on a temp-to-hire contract with our client, a thriving consumer packaged goods company based in the greater Boston area.This person will facilitate consumer engagement by creating and nurturing brand advocates on our client's social media channels.
Candidates will be responsible for translating the brand's voice on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Discord, and TikTok platforms.
Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day organic social media community management and UGC, as well as relevant project management.Oversee community management across all channels, including direct messages.Be responsible for social listening and trend watching.Regularly create and present: social media trends, insights and learnings and makes strategy recommendations .Maintain a deep understanding of the social space, its varying platforms, and audiences.Consult and coordinate with internal teams on tactical social media plans.Monitor and analyze social media performance across channels, providing monthly reporting with wins, learnings, opportunities, and insights to help inform future content creation and community management.Maintain & optimize relevant content in DAM for internal use.Manage website content optimizations.
