We have an immediate opening for a Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team! This position will report to the Chief Experience Officer.
Responsibilities & Duties:

We have an immediate opening for a Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team! This position will report to the Chief Experience Officer.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Development of social media strategy through competitive research, platform utilization, benchmarking, brand messaging, and audience identification.
- Building out, including but not limited to, Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok ad campaigns, as well as ad setup and promotional copy development.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, videos) that reflects the Haymarket brand and values.
- Create, manage, and report on targeted geofencing ad campaigns.
- Set up and optimize for client's social media profiles.
- Create and maintain monthly social calendars.
- Develop monthly reports with produced results and analytics.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Haymarket Leadership Team to understand new offerings, products that require promotion, and any other updates and special events.
- Create, curate, and report on all Haymarket social media efforts.
Requirements:
- Must have social media marketing experience, mainly in business-to-consumer platforms.
- At least 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of using all social media advertising platforms.
- Proficient in using Planoly, Canva, Adobe Suite, CloudCampaign, Microsoft Office Products and GroundTruth.
- Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
- Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow directions and procedures, effective time management and organization skills.
- Passion for health and wellness lifestyle and the mission of Haymarket.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Understanding of and compliance with Haymarket quality goals.
