Valley Dental Health is currently looking for a team member to promote and grow the practice’s social media presence, website management, and event planning. Prior social media, event planning and marketing experience is necessary. Our ideal candidate should possess an exceptional ability to create both visual and written content for website and social platforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shoot and edit a variety of engaging and educational photos, videos and reels.
• Post content on all social media to include Instagram, Facebook, & Tik Tok
• In collaboration with our website management company, assist with website maintenance and updates.
• Create a marketing schedule
• Manage and engage all new patient leads, respond to on-line inquiries and requests.
• Oversee the practice’s online reputation.
• Send out eblasts announcing upcoming events, new services and products.
• Assist with planning, coordinating and managing practice’s events: quarterly themed events, tox parties, vendor events, etc.
• Responsible for ordering and tracking inventory for all promotional and imprinted marketing collateral.
• Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards for social media, SEO and online marketing.
• Update the practice’s marketing collateral including menu of services, flyers, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent organization & time management skills
• Creative writing skills
• The candidate must learn about all the procedures, services and retail offerings
• Excellent social media skills with the ability to create content strategy and content creation. The candidate must have experience in managing a corporate social media account.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, Photo Shop, or similar design software
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Social Media Manager/Coordinator, Marketing Manager/Coordinator, preferably in the dental/medical/aesthetic industry.
