Miracle-Ear, part of Amplifon Americas is looking for a Social Media Specialist who will help accelerate our owned media strategy and change people’s lives through better hearing!

In this role, you will own and transform our social media presence, execute digital marketing activities on the national and local websites, and communicate to leadership through reporting and presentations. You will create high-quality, high-value content, use data analytics and insights to drive website conversion, and increase reach and engagement across the digital ecosystem. Your role will require strong understanding of social media and community management, website management and analytics, SEO, and brand storytelling. You will be empowered to develop data driven solutions to improve results.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Social Media
    • Develop holistic social media strategy to increase reach and engagement
    • Develop process and guidelines for responding to consumers on social platforms
    • Create and maintain an editorial content calendar, paired with a digital asset repository across social channels
    • Manage user communities and ensure positive and helpful interactions across platforms
    • Work with Paid Media Manager to test high performing content in paid channels
    • Develop monthly reporting to understand how social is contributing to digital goals and what to do next
  • Website Optimization
    • Optimize website content, local pages, and local business listings to keep our content high ranking and relevant for our target consumers
    • Organize and conduct UAT for site and feature releases
    • Update backend SEO parameters to ensure optimized searchability
    • Create vanity URLs, redirects, and tagging
    • Manage resolving website bugs/issues with the global and US IT teams
    • Develop monthly website reporting to understand reach, frequency, and engagement metrics
  • Content Management
    • Create digital content across all channels of marketing communications, including written, photo and video
    • Ensure clear and consistent brand voice for all marketing content
    • Execute video content strategy on website and social media
    • Manage content agency relationship
    • Report on content insights and next steps
  • Local Marketing
    • Work with local marketing team and franchisees to manage and optimize their local pages and ensure efficiency and accuracy between our local pages and relevant API streams

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with concentration in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, English or equivalent
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically social media, website management, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience managing relationships with outside agencies

Required Skills

  • Outstanding written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of content development and brand storytelling
  • Fluency with SEO best practices and keyword research
  • Ability to drive forward multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to details
  • Positive can-do attitude and a sense of humor

BrightEdge, Adobe Experience Manager, Sysomos, Jira and Confluence, Axure, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Deep Crawl, Meta
