Social Worker, LMSW Job at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center
1 . Ideal candidate should be outcome driven with outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate effective relationships in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced environment.
2. Ability to excel in fast-paced and outcome driven environment preferred.
2. The ability to communicate and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary
setting required.
3. Flexibility, compassion and ability to work independently are also desired.
4. Key responsibilities includes Biopsychosocial Assessment, use of Community
Resources and Care Coordination.
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Must possess LMSW Licensed by New York State.
2. Experience in medical acute care setting is preferred including inpatient and outpatient social work.
3. A solid knowledge of community based referral sources.
4. Excellent organizational, critical and independent thinking skills required.
5. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
Full –Time (Regular 35 hrs) Union: 1199
Days: Mon – Fri Shift: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $49.00 per hour
